On duty assessment & training serves to regularly assess the graduates of the courses on duty in their daily work.

 

Whenever necessary, what has already been learned is refreshed and mistakes are corrected.

 

This means that these 2 to 3 day programs are an important part of the training and sustainable qualification of graduates for their tasks and duties.

If necessary, these appointments are also used to conduct job interviews if new personnel is needed.

In addition, we like to combine these visits with consultation meetings with management in order to discuss problems, find solutions and generally advise management regarding the planning, organization and leadership of WP personnel.
